Peterston-Super-Ely (Welsh: Llanbedr-y-fro) is a small village situated about eight miles from the centre of Cardiff in the Vale of Glamorgan. As its name suggests, it is on the River Ely and the local church is St. Peter's.

Peterston-super-Ely is the primary outdoor filming location for S4Cs Welsh-language soap opera, Pobol y Cwm.

There is an annual arts festival in the Autumn and a pantomime is held in January.
