Rhoscrowther is a village and parish in Pembrokeshire, Wales, 9 km west of Pembroke, near the south shore of Milford Haven. It is part of the community of Hundleton.

The name is Welsh and perhaps means "crwth-player's moor". The church is on a very early Christian site. It was the "bishop-house" of the cantref of Penfro, and was originally called Llandegman. It is dedicated to the early Saint Decumanus.

Much of the parish, and almost all the medieval village except the church, was cleared with the establishment of the BP oil terminal in 1961 immediately south of the village, and the Texaco refinery in 1964 immediately to the north.

Census populations of the parish: 219 (1801): 201 (1851): 113 (1901): 131 (1951): 176 (1981)

The parish is part of Little England beyond Wales and has been essentially English-speaking for 900 years.
