St Ishmael's (Welsh: Llanisan yn Rhos) is a village, parish, community and ward close to the harbour of Milford Haven in Pembrokeshire, Wales.

The community comprises most of the parish of St. Ishmael's and had a population of 490 at the 2001 census. The ward includes the communities of Herbrandston, Dale and Marloes and St. Brides, and had a population of 1406 in 2001, with 13.6% Welsh speakers. There were only 3.8% Welsh speakers in 1891 and 1901.

The parish church of the local Saint Ismael is outside the village, hidden in a small valley near the Haven  51°43′02″N 5°08′34″W / 51.71728, -5.14267. In the Age of the Saints, it may have been the seat of the bishop of the cantref of Rhos. With the Norman conquest, St. Ishmael's became part of the Lordship of Haverfordwest and, as part of Little England beyond Wales, has been English-speaking ever since.
