Tenby United RFC is a Welsh rugby union team based in Tenby. Tenby United RFC plays in the Welsh Rugby Union, Division Four West League. The club is a member of the Welsh Rugby Union and is a feeder club for the Llanelli Scarlets.

Earliest press reports of rugby in Tenby date back to 1876 when there were several sides playing. In 1898 one of these, the Swifts, gained membership of the Welsh Football Union, as it was known in those far off days. In 1901 an amalgamation of Tenby Swifts and Tenby Harlequins saw the formation of Tenby United and the club as it is today was born.

Modern game
Tenby United RFC now play in the structured WRU leagues with a second XV playing in the Worthington Leagues. Tenby United build their current squads through promoting local talent through their junior and youth teams.
